Ingredients200g cottage cheese
1-2 green chilies, chopped fine
1 egg yolk
1 bunch mint, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1.mix the first six ingredients well.
2.lay 1-2 tsp of the mixture in one corner of rectangular samosa sheet, fold corner and make samosa.
3.use flour paste to seal (2 tsp flour + 2 tbsp water).
4.deep fry till golden brown.
5.serve with ketchup or your favourite chutney.
